Sheffield Wednesday have now gone four games without a win after their 2-1 defeat at West Brom on Saturday afternoon.
Garry Monk’s side were pegged back late on after Baggies substitute Charlie Austin fired in an 88th-minute penalty to hand the home side all three points.
The Owls must have thought they were on to take a share of the spoils when top goalscorer Steven Fletcher ended his six-match run without a goal by scoring from the spot himself just before the hour mark.

But it just wasn’t to be, and it has left several members of the travelling Hillsborough faithful absolutely reeling, with goalkeeper Keiren Westwood facing the brunt of the anger.
Even more so, after the veteran shot-stopper failed to acknowledge the fanbase after the match.
One supporter believes that the quicker the 35-year-old is out of the starting XI and the club, the better because he is troublemaking behind the scenes while another called his actions a ‘disgrace.’
Westwood was also described as a ‘liability’ with a further member of the Wednesday crowd claiming he has to be dropped.
