Birmingham City returned to winning ways in the Championship with a 2-1 success away to Bristol City on Tuesday night.
It was a very impressive victory for the Blues, particularly when considering the Robins’ recent form and indeed position in the table.
Connor Mahoney and Michael Morrison were on the scoresheet for the visitors, but it was the performance of right-back Maxime Colin that really caught the attention of the Birmingham supporters after the match.
Colin, 27, has been an ever-present for the Midlands outfit this term and according to WhoScored, made one tackle and had a pass success rate of 70% on Tuesday.
The Frenchman was certainly solid in the right-back area, whilst he was willing to push forward when possible.
And a number of Birmingham supporters took to social media after the match to lavish praise on the 2017 arrival from Brentford.
