Tottenham Hotspur’s mid-season revelation Japhet Tanganga has spoken to the club about his breakthrough in recent weeks.

The now 20-year-old Spurs academy product was thrust into the side by Jose Mourinho and has now already made a total of three appearances in the Premier League, three in the FA Cup and one in the EFL Cup.
